Thom Williams (aka "DigArtz")
has just announced that he has been accepted in a select group of
100 artists chosen throughout the United States and Canada for an
innovative new gallery in New York City.
Artravox is launching
a unique forum for interesting artists, each with their own expressive
talent portraying what art represents to them. The concept of “Artra”
is to represent artists in all types of media, and the term “vox”
is the plural of voice.
When Miche first saw
Thom’s work, she was struck with his visionary approach to
combining photography with digital artistry. Miche said, “Many
people don’t consider digital artistry as an art form, I appreciate
that Thom doesn’t listen to those art critics. He is an innovator
of our time”.
Thom’s work will
be the first artist shown on Artravox.com when it launches the new
web site soon. He is then scheduled to show his digital art work
at the NYC Gallery in the spring of 2005.
